📦 Shipping & Handling — $7.99
Heavenly Desires Intimates offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 on all purchases — no hidden fees!
🚚 Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding holidays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email or text, including tracking details once your order ships.
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for delivery once your package is in transit.
Please note: Transit time begins the business day after your shipping confirmation is sent.
🛍️ FREE Curbside Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Curbside pickup is FREE — there is no pickup fee.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions.
When you arrive, please park safely nearby and CALL or TEXT (626) 650-6857 with your vehicle’s make, model, and color so our team knows where to bring your order.
Please have your order confirmation email, phone number, or confirmation number ready when collecting your order.
Curbside pickup is completely FREE and does not include a delivery fee.
🚚 Local & Extended Delivery
We’re happy to offer delivery for qualifying orders of $50 or more.
Delivery availability and fees are based on your location, distance, travel time, and delivery schedule.
📍 Local Delivery — Within 10 Miles
Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Heavenly Desires Intimates.
Local delivery fee: $25
✨ Extended Delivery — Beyond 10 Miles
Need your order delivered farther away? We may be able to accommodate select locations beyond our standard 10-mile delivery radius, including areas such as Beverly Hills and other surrounding cities.
Extended delivery fees are calculated based on:
- Distance
- Estimated travel time
- Location
- Delivery availability
Because extended deliveries require additional travel time and mileage, fees may be substantially higher than our standard local delivery rate.
Please contact us before placing your order if you are outside our standard delivery area so we can confirm availability and provide your exact delivery fee.
⚡ Same-Day Delivery
We’re happy to offer same-day delivery when availability permits.
Same-day delivery is subject to:
- Order eligibility
- Your location
- Distance from our store
- Delivery schedule
- Same-day availability
When placing your order, please provide your preferred delivery time. We’ll confirm availability and the applicable delivery fee.
You’ll receive real-time notifications, including updates when your order is on the way and when it has arrived.

Appointments must be booked 24–72 hours in advance for off-site visits.
Travel fees may apply and are determined based on distance, travel time, location, and appointment requirements.
If travel is needed due to medical or special circumstances, please let us know when scheduling so we can determine the best way to accommodate your needs.

For extended-distance deliveries, the delivery fee must be confirmed before the order is dispatched.
