📦Exchange Policy



At Heavenly Desires Intimates, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. Please review our updated policy below before making an exchange.





🛍 IN-STORE PURCHASES



You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange in store.



💻 ONLINE & PHONE PURCHASES



You have 14 days from the original order date to request an exchange for online purchases.





✅ Requirements



To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:


  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Free of any scents, marks, or damage
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase






🚫 Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items



  • All lingerie is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges — no exceptions.
  • Items marked Final Sale, As Is, or purchased using Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept exchanges past the 14-day window.






💳 Refund Policy



We DO NOT issue refunds.

All approved exchanges will be issued Store Credit only, provided as a E-Gift-Card for future use with no expiration date— no cash or card refunds will be given.

 





🧼 Hygiene Policy



  • For hygiene reasons, all items with a crotch (such as panties or bodysuits) must be tried on over your own clean underwear.
  • Please avoid makeup, lotions, deodorant, or perfume when trying on garments.
  • Any items with visible wear, stains, scents, or damage will not be accepted.



We reserve the right to decline any exchanges that does not meet our quality and hygiene standards.





💌 How to Request an exchange (Online Orders)



To start a return:

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your item back.
    (Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.)

The quickest way to get the item you want is to:


  1. Start a return for your original item.
  2. Once approved, use your store credit to place a new order for your desired item.






🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
