Do I need to book an appointment to visit?

You’re welcome to walk in anytime—appointments are not required but highly encouraged to ensure personalized service and minimal wait times.

How do I book a fitting?

You can schedule a time that works best for you via our website, phone, email, text, or chat. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just updating your essentials, we’re here to help.

Can I request a specific individual?

Absolutely! We believe in comfort, trust, and connection. When booking your appointment, you’re welcome to request a specific stylist or fitter you’ve previously worked with — or try someone new!

Whether you’ve had a great experience or feel like a different fit might suit you better, we’re here to make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

👙 The Fitting Experience

Do I need to undress for a fitting?

Your comfort is our priority. Fittings are held in private areas only, with no photos, recordings, or data ever shared or published. You’ll only be asked to remove garments if you feel comfortable. Our team may ask you to turn around briefly to assess fit and comfort.

How long does a fitting take?

Consultations typically last between 15–30 minutes, though it may vary based on your needs.

Do you charge for fittings?

Never! All of our fittings, whether virtual, in-store, or by phone, are complimentary. You only pay if you choose to make a purchase.

What sizes do you carry?

We celebrate all shapes, sizes, and styles.

Bras: 24–58 Band | AA–P Cup
Apparel: XXXS–7X in loungewear, shapewear, bridal, post-surgical, maternity, athletic, men’s, youth & more!

We occasionally pre-order or special order items, but there are no fees or obligations.

Can I try items on before purchasing?

Yes! You can try on most items in-store. For special orders, we’ll contact you once they’re ready for try-on.

When are you open?

We operate on Pacific Standard Time (PST):

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
For private events or outside-hour requests, contact us directly.

Is your store accessible?

Yes! We offer:

Wheelchair-friendly entrances and exits
Restrooms
Private fitting rooms
Support for medical/special needs
Drop-off/pick-up assistance

Please note: We do not bill or accept insurance at this time.

Yes! We travel for:

Fashion shows
Productions, etc

Appointments must be booked 24–72 hours in advance for off-site visits.

Let us know if travel is needed due to medical conditions.

Can I bring friends or family to my appointment?

Please do! We encourage you to bring loved ones of all ages. Our space includes:

Lounge areas
A library
A children’s play zone
Complimentary snacks & drinks

🎀 Specialized Fittings

Maternity & Nursing Wear

Fittings: 15–45 minutes

We recommend visiting 2 weeks before your due date. We’ll measure your current band/cup size, accommodate your pregnancy changes, and offer nursing conversions for bras and compression garments (in-store or outside brands). Alterations and special orders available.

Bridal, Prom, Sweet 16, Quinceañera, Graduation

Fittings: 1 Hour

Bring your dress, shoes, or a photo for the best fit. We’ll ensure your foundations are perfect for your special day. Schedule fittings 1–3 weeks before your dress appointment. Alteration and special order services available.

Post-Surgery, Mastectomy & Pre-Op Fittings

Fittings: 20–45 minutes

For clients healing from mastectomy, augmentation, reduction, plastic surgeries or other procedures, we offer pocketed bras, wire-free options, compression garments and breast forms. Please consult your doctor before your visit. Special orders, alterations, and support services available.

We do not bill insurance, but we’re here to assist with everything else.
