IN-STORE PURCHASES:

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange in store.


ONLINE PURCHASES:

You have 14 days from the original order date to request a return or exchange for online purchases.





✅ Return Requirements



To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:


  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Free of any scents or marks
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase






🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items



  • All lingerie is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges—no exceptions.
  • Items marked Final Sale, As Is, or purchased using Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns past the 14-day return window.






🧼 Hygiene Policy



  • For hygiene reasons, all items with a crotch (such as panties or bodysuits) must be tried on over your own clean underwear.
  • Please avoid makeup, lotions, deodorant, or perfume when trying on garments.
  • Any items with visible wear, stains, scents, or damage will not be accepted.



We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our quality and hygiene standards.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your item back.
    (Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result:


  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
